The kids and I were selected to try some Seneca Oatmeal that couldn’t be easier to make! Vent the little lid, pop it in the Microwave and 45 seconds later you have hot oatmeal ready for those busy school mornings. Or just those mornings you are go go go, and… or.. in my case one of the kids just wont get out of bed and they need something to eat while you’re on the move. Usually… It’s Var that’s my “need something simple we can eat during the drive” child.
Seneca has multiple flavors of this oatmeal, and we got the Apple Cinnamon and Vanilla Peach. These are perfect for what you need if you’re an oatmeal fan. I don’t really like fruit… much at all. Apples and Pomegranate is all I’ll actually eat, with the occasional cherry actually. So I didn’t try these, but the kids did of course. I wouldn’t be writing about these if we hadn’t.
Along with the Apple Cinnamon and Vanilla Peach, they also have Cranberry Apple and Maple & Brown Sugar. Maple & Brown Sugar actually is Kat’s favorite type of oatmeal!
These don’t cost too much at all, and when you consider that some people actually buy something like this from McDonalds, why not just save your money, pop it in the microwave and just do it yourself?
Quick, Nutritious and Delicious. What’s not to love?
