Now… I didn’t realize that you only got one free call from Santa with the silver package. So.. I accidentally used that one free call up on a “be good or you’ll be on the naughty list” type of call for Risiel. It worked, as she’s been trying for her best behavior lately.

I have to say the only real downside is is that they didn’t have anything to come close to Risi’s name. They couldn’t even say Risi, it wasn’t an option. I understand that the voice over for Santa could only do so much, but I think if you’re paying for it, there should be an option for them to say your kids name no matter what it may be. There was Reece, or Reyes… so I just ended up choosing the “sweetie” option for her call and video. She didn’t seem to care though, as things came printed with her name and she recognizes her own name just fine.
