It’s not always easy for me to eat healthy… okay actually it’s pretty difficult for me to eat a perfectly balanced diet due to texture and taste issues. Sensory Processing Disorder can kiss it. *ahem… * Anyway…
So I need to do whatever I can to try and fill in the gaps for things. You know?

Rainbow Light offers a wide variety of nutritional products to help fill the gaps you or someone you know may have in their diet. Know someone who wants a mutli-vitamin but doesn’t know what to take? Rainbow Light will likely have something just right for them. The Me’s One and Women’s One multivitamin’s are the #1 selling natural multi-vitamins!
We were sent Women’s One, Men’s One, Kids One, Berry-D-Licious, and Counter Attack.
One thing I found odd was that the Women’s One is actually larger in size than the Men’s one. I had to break the vitamins in half to be able to take them. I would actually prefer something like this to be in caplet form where I have to take two instead of a giant pill that leaves a taste. If you’re used to vitamins, this isn’t a totally bad thing though.
The kids didn’t care too much for the Kid’s One vitamins, the fruit punch flavor had pineapple and none of them really liked it. Var didn’t mind, but he wasn’t too thrilled in the end. Kat and Sisi went and spit them out in the garbage. I personally liked the Kid’s One instead of the Women’s! I had a much easier time with them being chewable’s instead of the swallow type of vitamins. The taste wasn’t bad to me at all, but I don’t mind a fruit punch flavor with a pineapple taste!
My favorite out of everything received would have to be Counter Attack. Which provides 3,899 mg of herbal strength to help with immune system health. You should take it at the first time of seasonal issues, like sinus and respiratory discomfort, and I did when I was feeling kind of sick not that long ago. Risi got a cold, Lisi got one, Sisi wasn’t feeling great, Kat wasn’t feeling great, and when I started to feel oogy I took them and didn’t seem to get even close to as bad off as they did. It was nice.
I really also like the Vitamin D3! I needed a better way to get Var to take it and me to take it as Vitamin D can help with the symptoms of SAD. Which Var and I both suffer from. Darn winter. shakes fist The Berry-D-Licious is a great tasting Vitamin D gummy that doesn’t set off my texture issues and Var is more willing to take a gummy vitamin than he is to swallow a vitamin for me! I only give him a half of one to help with his Vitamin D levels once the skies turn gray and unhappy..
You can buy these and more vitamins and supplements on the Rainbow Light Online Shop!
Vitamins can be a great stocking stuffer for someone in your life that is into them, or needs that extra boost. I know, strange gift right? But I wouldn’t mind at all getting some Berry-D-Licious in my stocking.

Have you tried smashing the vitamins up and mixing them with food? Like I had to do with the Amoxicillin last year.
