Finding a good wireless headset isn’t always the easiest task. I’ve tried few brands here and there, and didn’t really find one I loved for when I was out and about and wanted to listen to music. I needed something that wasn’t going to get in the way or be too bulky. Thankfully Jabra had a solution to that problem!
Jabra Step Wireless headphones might confuse you at first, they actually DO have a wire… in between the two ear pieces of the headphones, but they attach to your phone/media player via Bluetooth 4.0, technically making them wireless in that regard.
I use these with my phone when I want to go out and I don’t want to deal with cords attached to it! I can use my Zombies Run! app on my phone without dealing with wires all the darn time. The wire between the two ear pieces isn’t really all that noticeable, as it sits behind your head and using the included controls on the cord really is nicer for me than trying to fiddle with controls right on the ear pieces themselves.
You get the earpieces, usb cable, and three different sized eargels in the pack. I was thankful that they came pre-charged enough that I could give them a good test out, so I didn’t have to plug them in and wait a bit!
The product mentions it has up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 144 hours of standby time. I don’t leave them on when I am not wearing them, so I haven’t really tested that out! I can say I haven’t really been out for 4+ hours with them, as I usually only take a 30-45 minute walk when I do manage to get out.
Since these headphones are only the two ear pieces along with the cord they really don’t weigh anything noticeable. It turns out they only weigh 0.58oz in US ounces, pretty much making them unnoticeable weight wise.
I have long hair so really the cord to keep the two ear pieces together doesn’t bother me one bit, it just feels like part of my hair since it goes around the back of my head.
The sound quality of these is amazing! One of the things I struggled with in previous bluetooth headphones was sound and connection issues, some cheaper ones I’ve tried in the past would crackle or just disconnect way too easily. Ugh.
Do you have a favorite pair of headphones or ear pods that you use with your devices? I love my new Jabra Step Wireless headphones!

I have a Jabbra bluetooth handsfree headset that I have had a while now and I love it. These however make me want to go out and upgrade! I hate having to carry around my headphones and then untangling the cord just so I can plug them into my phone.

Jabra Step Wireless headphones are a great wireless solution with excellent sound quality. The cord between the earpieces is hardly noticeable, and the controls on the cord are convenient. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Overall, highly recommended! 🎧👌
