Have you ever been part of a group or event and needed to create shirts for them? Ever had the problem of not knowing what sizes of shirts to get to sell/use for this group or event?
Introducing Teespring! A great site that allows you use crowdfunding to sign and sell these custom shirts. Meaning no hassle in trying to figure out how many shirts or what size to get!
For example, a rel=”nofollow nofollow”group put together a design after the awful incident that happened in Boston on April 15th of this year (2013.) From there they spread the word about their shirt design, and donated the proceeds of their sales to The One Fund Boston! They raised $85,000 and had absolutely no upfront cost.
You don’t h ave to worry about shipping, you don’t have to worry about any risk, and you can set the end date for your campaign which is when the shirt sales will end and they will be shipped out.
You can play with the shirt designer for Treespring to see what they offer by going to the Shirt Designer!
Honestly, I wish the kids’ school would do something like this instead of their usual boring fundraising ideas of magazines and coupon books.
You can see more about it via this YouTube video:
It’s almost like a kickstarter for teeshirts, but you don’t have to do anything more than set up a design, add a price, add a goal and sell!
I will have to keep Teespring in mind in the future if I ever need to fund raise a project!
