It is always good to be able to say where you want to go. Right? So today’s lesson is the name of some shops and stores that will help you around if you are in Japan for travel. So English words first, Japanese words follow them.
English | Japanese |
---|---|
Sushi Restaurant | Sushiya |
Pawn Shop | Shiciya |
Shoe Store or a Shoemaker | Kutsuya |
Bicycle Shop | Jitenshaya |
Toy Shop | Omochaya |
Cleaning Store / Dry Cleaners | Kuri-Ninguya |
Locksmitch | Joumaeya |
Coffee Shop or Cafe | Kissaten |
Chinese Restaurant | Chuuka Ryouriten |
Pet Shop | Petto Shoppru |
Movie Theater or Cinema | Eigaken |
Pet shop is the easiest one of the list, don’t you agree?
Would you like it if I made videos of these lessons so everyone could hear the pronunciations by any chance? Please let me know in the comments below. 🙂
